Welcome to FlashX operated by HydroLabs, ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NotCoin game, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

• Rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or digital assets unless explicitly stated.

• FlashX reserves the right to modify, revoke, or discontinue rewards at any time without notice.

• Any misuse, abuse, or exploitation of the rewards system may result in account suspension or termination.

• FlashX is not liable for any technical malfunctions or errors affecting the distribution or redemption of rewards.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial use.

6. User Conduct

6.1. You agree not to engage in any conduct that the Company deems to violate these Terms or otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

6.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service for any violation of these Terms or any other reason at its sole discretion.

7. Fees

• You may be charged fees for using certain FlashX features, including token swaps via third-party exchanges. These fees may change at any time without notice.

• Third-party services, such as decentralized exchanges accessed via FlashX, may impose additional fees. FlashX is not responsible for these charges and holds no liability for third-party fees.

• Swap rates and token prices displayed are estimates and may fluctuate. FlashX is not liable for any discrepancies, and by using the Functionality, you agree to release FlashX from any claims related to inaccurate fee estimations.

8. Wallet Ownership and Responsibility

• Your wallet is non-custodial, meaning you have full control and sole responsibility for your private keys and seed phrases.

• You must securely store your private keys and backup phrases. FlashX cannot recover or reset your private keys if they are lost.

• You are solely responsible for any transactions made from your wallet. FlashX is not liable for unauthorized access, loss, or theft of your funds.

• By using this wallet, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for maintaining the security of your account.

Responsibility for Digital Assets and Keys and their Security

The User is solely responsible for maintaining access to their tokens, cryptocurrencies, and other crypto or blockchain-based digital assets (collectively, "Digital Assets"). The private key(s) (the "Keys") that provide access to your blockchain accounts are only available in encrypted form on your device’s browser's local storage used to access the Service (hereafter referred to as "Device Storage").

Keys are made available for the User to view upon account creation and for as long as they are present in Device Storage. Warnings to save your Keys are provided during account creation, as Device Storage has no guarantees of permanence or availability. It is your sole responsibility to store and secure your Keys. The User must take action to store copies of Keys to recover access to their Digital Assets.

The Keys may be the only way to restore access to your Digital Assets if you lose access to your Account or clear/lose access to your Device Storage. FlashX provides no guarantees regarding the permanence or availability of Device Storage and thus cannot guarantee access to Keys. Note that anyone with access to your Keys can access, transfer, or spend your Digital Assets. If you lose your Keys, you may not be able to access, transfer, or spend your Digital Assets, and they could be lost permanently.

FlashX does not store copies of Keys and does not custody your tokens, so FlashX cannot assist you in recovering your Digital Assets. You acknowledge and agree that FlashX is not responsible for the security of your Keys. You agree to hold FlashX, its affiliates, representatives, agents, and personnel harmless, and that no such party shall be liable if you lose your Keys and cannot access, transfer, or spend your Digital Assets, or if your Keys are accessed by another person who misuses your Digital Assets.

You bear sole responsibility for any loss of your Digital Assets due to failure to retain and/or secure your Keys or other necessary credentials.

9. Net Worth, PnL & ROI Estimation Disclaimer

The net worth, PnL & ROI estimation displayed on FlashX is based on data obtained from third-party sources. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the figures presented may not be exact or fully reflective of real-time asset values. Users should exercise their own judgment and verify financial data independently before making any decisions based on the provided estimates. FlashX is not responsible for any discrepancies or financial outcomes resulting from reliance on this information.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties.

10.2. The Company does not warrant the Service being uninterrupted or error-free.

10.3. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service.

FlashX does not custody or control users' digital assets. Any unauthorized access to your private keys could result in the permanent loss of your assets. By using FlashX, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any loss due to compromised security on your part.

20. Disclaimer on Displayed Tokens

FlashX integrates third-party data sources to display tokens and trading pairs. We do not create, endorse, or verify the legitimacy of any tokens displayed on our platform.

• The presence of a token on FlashX does not guarantee that it is safe, legitimate, or free from potential scams.

• Users must conduct their own research (DYOR) before engaging in any transactions.

• FlashX is not responsible for losses due to fraudulent tokens or misleading third-party data.

21. Content Ownership and Usage

FlashX does not claim ownership of user-generated content but reserves the right to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on third-party rights.
